Most people who make sales here do not receive a 1099 tax form at tax time for their sales. That's because when you make payments through an electronic service, it's *their* responsibility to send one (it's called a 1099k when they do it), and up until this year, they didn't even have to send one unless you made $20,000 AND made 200 transactions. So you would get nothing from them nor us (though you should still report the income on your taxes).
Starting for tax year 2022, the threshold to get a 1099k has been reduced to $600 and any number of transactions, the same as it always was for checks. So a lot more people will start getting 1099k's next year. I'm not sure, but they also may be sending requests for form W9. Just a heads up.
